Aarin Burch is a filmmaker living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area.

For more than three decades, Aarin has woven together film, dance, martial arts, and empowerment-based teaching into practices of expression, connection, and resilience. 

Known for a nonlinear cinematic style that is both physical and intuitive, her work blends image, sound, and movement to surface emotional truths and embodied ways of seeing.

Her films, which include experimental shorts, documentaries, and hybrid works, explore questions of identity, lineage, and belonging.
