Dreams of Passion and Spin Cycle screened together at Frameline 50 ahead of Angelica Ruffier’s La belle année. The screening connected Aarin Burch’s early work with a new generation of queer audiences during the festival’s historic Looking Back on 50 retrospective programming. The screening was a rare opportunity to experience both films together in Aarin’s home region.
